We will listen to you and try to resolve your query on the phone. In some cases we may be able to book an appointment with an advisor.

The service is funded by Lewisham Council and delivered by voluntary organisations. It is free to local residents.

The advice line is open 9.30am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-4pm Monday to Friday. Callers usually wait less than 10 minutes. The lines are often less busy in the afternoons.

We can assist with a wide range of information and advice needs. These can include Benefits, Housing, Council Tax, Debt, Rent Arrears, Divorce, Consumer Goods (e.g. Mobile phone contracts), Employment, and Immigration.
